Aims

  1. For each pupil to experience feelings of worth and belonging to – and being valued by a caring community.
  2. To encourage each pupil to achieve his/her full potential academically, socially, emotionally, culturally, physically spiritually and physically.
  3. To develop a caring attitude for oneself and others.
  4. To promote and develop performing and creative skills. 
  5. To encourage growing confidence, self-reliance and self-esteem.
  6. To develop acceptance of responsibility for one’s own actions.
  7. To prepare all pupils for adulthood.
  8. To deliver, in an interesting and relevant way, a curriculum which meets the needs of the pupils and the statutory requirements of the National Curriculum.
